Restoration and Renovation of a 1890s Homestead.

We preserved the charm of the original facade while completely transforming the floor plan and adding an extension at the back of the house.The new layout now accommodates modern living with an open-concept kitchen and living area that seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio. We carefully selected sustainable materials that echoed the home's historical roots, such as reclaimed wood beams and vintage-style fixtures, ensuring every detail resonated with the home's original character.

The chic extension houses a sunlit family room with large, energy-efficient windows offering panoramic views of the garden, where the sun drenched pool and native plants create a lush, inviting landscape. Upstairs, the bedrooms have been updated with contemporary comforts while retaining classic elements and restored hardwood floors.

This project was not just about updating a structure; it was about breathing new life into a piece of history, ensuring it could be enjoyed by generations to come. As the final touches were put in place, the homestead stood as a testament to the perfect blend of past and present, where old-world charm meets modern, sustainable functionality.
